My favorite albums of the year.

Them Crooked Vultures - Them Crooked Vultures
All I have to say about this is Dave Grohl(Nirvana, Foo Fighters), Josh Homme(Queens of the Stone Age), and John Paul Jones(Led Zeppelin)

Wolfmother - Cosmic Egg
There may only be one original member left, but they are still bringing straight up power trio rock.

U2 - No Line On The Horizon
Not their best album, but still consistently good. Some really good rockers on here.

Streetsweeper Social Club - Streetsweeper Social Club
To me just about anything Tom Morello is involved with is golden.

Rob Thomas - Cradlesong
In my opinion one of the best songwriters of his generation.

Imogen Heap - Ellipse
Innovative, a gorgeous voice, amazing arrangements. And she’s kind of cute too. :)

Dave Matthews Band - Big Whiskey And The GrooGrux King
There isn’t a single mediocre or bad song on this album. Easily their best ever effort.

Chris Cornell - Scream
He took a lot of heat for working with hip-hop producer Timbaland. I think it’s an amazing album. He has one of the most amazing voices in rock and it is readily apparent on this album.

Chickenfoot - Chickenfoot
All I have to say about this is Sammy Hagar(Van Halen), Joe Satriani, Michael Anthony(Van Halen), Chad Smith(Red Hot Chili Peppers)
